• There is a one bedroom and walk in shower with a bench on the main floor.

• There are three elongated stairs to enter the property from the front door. These are navigable with a walker or crutches.

This fee helps us cover the costs associated with providing additional amenities and maintaining a high standard of service for all guests.
• For all non-Airbnb reservations, we require guests to provide photos of their IDs along with a selfie holding the ID for registration purposes. This process ensures the safety and security of our guests and property. Please rest assured that all submitted information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.
• Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM. Noise violations will be charged accordingly
• Guests under the age of 25 are restricted from booking an entire home if they live locally and don’t have at least 3 positive reviews
• Items left behind: Shipping starts at $25. For bigger items, the cost may vary accordingly
• NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside the property. This is strictly enforced. If cigarette butts are found inside, there will be a $250 charge for lingering interior smoke smell
• We would respectfully ask that you help us protect the tree that is in the backyard. It is under application to be the largest of its kind in the state of Illinois. We would greatly appreciate it if you could keep people from climbing on it.
• Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel, and treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7

Summary: The house and property were perfect for my extended family's stay! Beautiful home, high end kitchen, very comfortable accommodations. GREAT communication with the property management when needed. Three things I would update to the listing: 1. Of the two bunk beds, only one of them has a full bed on the bottom. The other three were twin size. 2. The stove is Induction so my large pan I brought to cook large quantities of food don't work but they have PLENTY Of lovely induction safe pots and pans 3. There is a Kitchen Aid Mixer! We needed to do some baking and we brought one with us that we didn't need. Rare to find one in a rental. It is a wonderful home - We plan to stay here again!
